Description

You will comprehensively manage the ICT scope within a strategic IT transformation project, covering infrastructure, environments, security, testing, and deployments. You will lead a multidisciplinary IT team and ensure smooth planning, execution, testing, and go-live readiness of IT solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the ICT area across the transformation program (infrastructure, environments, security, performance, testing, and deployments)
  • Coordinate preparation, configuration, and evolution of developer, integration, test, and production environments
  • Plan and oversee acceptance, performance, and security testing
  • Prepare, coordinate, and execute production deployments
  • Oversee handover of new systems to operations and ensure operational readiness
  • Plan schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate dependencies between teams and technology areas
  • Manage project risk, budget, and resources
  • Ensure the required tools, infrastructure, hardware, and licenses are available
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders; report progress to the IT Project Operational Director

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing complex, long-term IT projects as a Project Manager
  • End-to-end IT project experience across discovery, estimation/planning, execution/deployment, and post-go-live development/maintenance
  • Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall
  • Experience managing risk, dependencies, schedule, and budget for technology projects
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional IT teams and work with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and MS Project
  • High responsibility, independence, and goal-oriented execution
  • Very good English proficiency for business communication
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile)
