Description

You will manage multiple complex IT infrastructure and operations projects, delivering solutions on time, within agreed budget, and aligned to business and technical requirements. The role includes creating project charters, schedules, and resourcing plans, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, managing risks and issues, and ensuring a smooth transition into production. You will also track project costs and forecasts in SAP and Clarity, and provide transparent status reporting to Management and Executive Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Run and deliver multiple projects (approx. £1m–£2m each) using formal project management techniques

• Define project scope, budget, resources, schedule, approach, and work sequencing via a project charter

• Ensure delivery consistency, efficiency, and success, including compliance with internal IT requirements

• Manage third parties as needed and minimize external onshore/offshore resource usage

• Maintain stakeholder relationships and act as the key point of contact

• Identify issues/risks, analyze options, manage impacts, and take action to keep projects on track

• Monitor and report progress against milestones and budgets with consistent, transparent communications

• Track actual costs, including SOWs/Purchase Orders, contracts, internal assignments, and maintain forecasts/accruals in SAP and Clarity

• Coordinate documentation, project plans, change requests, approvals, lifecycle steps, and compliance gate requests

Requirements

• English fluency

• 5+ years of experience delivering IT infrastructure, workplace, or application projects in technically complex environments

• Experience in Data Center & Cloud projects (cloud migrations, DC migrations/closures, infrastructure & software upgrades)

• Experience managing global project delivery teams in an international organization

• Strong project management, financial management, change management, and facilitation skills

• Ability to lead across functional and geographic workstreams while protecting business outcomes and priorities

• Strong communication skills and experience managing differing stakeholder interests

• Ability to create meaningful stakeholder reports summarizing project health

• Ability to manage and track project costs and budgets to agreed baselines

• Willingness to travel internationally
