Description

Lead end-to-end IT projects for a large organization in the financial sector, coordinating multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies. Manage delivery planning and schedules, oversee risk, budget, and resources, and provide project status reporting to management / SteerCo in line with governance requirements. Projects may include technology transformations, migrations, system integrations, cloud, data, cybersecurity, compliance, and infrastructure changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects end-to-end

• Create and oversee delivery schedules and plans

• Manage risk, dependencies, budget, and resources

• Coordinate technology and business teams

• Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors

• Run project status updates and reporting to management / SteerCo

• Ensure timely delivery and compliance with governance processes

Requirements

• Several years of experience as IT Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager in banking or other financial institutions

• Experience managing complex technology projects

• Practical knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall

• Experience in stakeholder management, risk management, and vendor management

• Very good command of English

• Independently manage the project from planning through implementation
