Description

As an IT Project Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and deliver IT projects from initiation to completion, working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and clients in an international environment. Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, monitoring scope/risk/issues/dependencies, supporting change management and governance, and reporting on progress and KPIs. The role supports multiple experience levels—from starting your project management career to leading complex enterprise transformations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver IT projects

• Manage one or multiple projects simultaneously

• Coordinate activities, timelines, budgets, and deliverables

• Monitor scope, risks, issues, and dependencies

• Support change management and project governance

• Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates

• Track progress and prepare regular reports

• Ensure objectives, milestones, and KPIs are achieved

• Identify risks and propose mitigation actions

• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers

• Escalate issues and support conflict resolution

• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Project Coordination

• Experience managing or supporting IT projects

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams

• Good understanding of project management methodologies

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Fluency in English (preferably C1)
