Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects and transformation programs for global clients. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and project governance across cloud migrations, infrastructure transformations, security initiatives, system integrations, and technology implementations. You will coordinate international teams and stakeholders and adapt Agile vs. Waterfall to drive business-aligned outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of IT projects and programs across cloud, infrastructure, security, integrations, and new technology implementations

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and overall project governance

• Coordinate international project teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

• Monitor progress, drive risk mitigation activities, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives

• Facilitate communication and reporting across stakeholder groups, including senior leadership

• Support team development through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and promotion of project management best practices

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects and programs with a proven track record of successful delivery

• Ability to manage complex technology projects across cloud, infrastructure, security, and transformation initiatives

• Experience leading projects using modern technologies while collaborating with technical teams

• Strong people and communication skills; can build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and project teams

• Leadership experience managing team activities in addition to personal responsibilities

• Ability to adapt delivery methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) to the project, client, and desired outcomes

• Fluent English and German; comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership
