Description

Drive and lead IT projects as a project manager, from analyzing business/system needs to coordinating implementation and changes in specialized IT systems. Prepare and analyze project/technical documentation, collaborate with key stakeholders and software vendors, and manage the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects in the role of Project Manager

• Analyze business needs to identify business and system requirements

• Coordinate teams responsible for implementing or changing specialized IT systems

• Create requirements specifications for system changes

• Prepare and analyze project and technical documentation related to the projects

• Work with key stakeholders

• Work with software vendors

Requirements

• Higher education degree

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects

• Knowledge of classical project methodologies (PMBOK, Prince2) and/or Agile

• Experience independently managing projects in a complex IT environment in mid-to-large organizations

• Ability to manage the project lifecycle

• Ability to prepare and analyze project documentation

• Communication skills and experience collaborating with IT teams

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in critical situations

• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and work under stress

• Independence to make decisions within granted authority
