Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of large IT projects from analysis and planning through implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Coordinate project teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, monitor progress and risks, and ensure quality and acceptance of deliverables. Work closely with business users, internal specialists, and external partners, using both classic and agile approaches.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage large IT projects end-to-end in line with scope, schedule, and budget

• Coordinate work of a small project team and indirectly manage a larger supplier team

• Monitor progress, manage risk, handle changes to the baseline plan, and participate in product acceptance

• Prepare analytical/project documentation, ensure proper circulation and quality, and report project status on a regular basis

• Maintain close collaboration with end users, internal specialists, and external partners

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing IT projects end-to-end (analysis, implementation, deployment)

• Documented management of at least 2 projects with budgets over PLN 1,000,000 each (provide reference contacts for both deployments)

• Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge confirmed by an industry certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)

• Practical knowledge of SDLC, experience in requirements analysis, and knowledge of IT systems construction/design

• Leadership experience building and running a project team, with independence and accountability for objectives

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including readiness for public presentations
