Description

Lead and coordinate IT projects according to the adopted project management methodology. Manage schedule, budget, scope, and risks, while aligning and coordinating business and IT teams. Oversee change management, dependencies, meetings/workshops/steering committees, and ensure deliveries and deployments into production environments comply with security requirements and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Run and coordinate IT projects following the project management methodology

• Manage project schedule, budget, scope, and risks

• Coordinate collaboration between business and IT teams

• Manage project change and cross-team dependencies

• Organize and lead project meetings, workshops, and steering committees

• Report project status to sponsors and key stakeholders

• Oversee acceptance and deployment of solutions to production environments

• Ensure activities comply with security requirements and organizational standards

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing IT projects

• Experience as Senior Project Manager or Development Manager

• Knowledge of the software development and deployment lifecycle

• Practical Agile/Scrum (or related) methodology knowledge

• Experience managing project budget, schedule, and scope

• Experience delivering projects in a corporate environment

• Ability to manage teams and stakeholders

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Independence, responsibility, and change management skills

• Preferred: banking/financial sector experience

• Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Scrum certifications
