Description

You will lead global end-to-end IT infrastructure projects in an international hybrid environment, working within established standards, processes, and procedures.

The role includes monitoring delivery progress and quality against scope, time, and cost, supporting change benefit verification and release/versioning, proactively managing project risks, and preparing materials for management decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead global IT infrastructure projects in line with standards

• Monitor progress and ensure delivery quality and compliance with scope, schedule, and budget

• Participate in creating and validating benefits from implemented changes and support the release/versioning process

• Proactively reduce project risks and escalate gaps related to regulatory or corporate requirements

• Maintain transparent project documentation, meeting notes, and track tasks

• Identify dependencies between project streams and coordinate with relevant team members

• Create project recommendations for decision-making bodies and prepare materials for management presentations

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in a similar role in a financial institution

• End-to-end project management experience in IT infrastructure

• Knowledge of project management methods: PMI, Agile, Prince

• Operational knowledge of MS Project, JIRA, and MS Office

• English level at least B2 (for international projects)

• Subject-matter knowledge of systems used in banking

• Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively across all management levels

• Systematic work style, analytical approach, and flexibility (occasional calls outside standard hours)
