Description

Lead end-to-end business projects for product development, process improvement, and business change implementation. Coordinate experts across business, IT, and external vendors to define goals, scope, schedule, and budget, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout delivery. Manage project status reporting, risks and escalations, and oversee project budgeting and invoice verification.

Responsibilities

• Run business projects through all stages: from initiation to implementation and closure
• Set project goals, scope, schedule, and budget together with domain experts
• Prepare and maintain project documentation according to the bank’s standards
• Coordinate tasks, priorities, and dependencies, including IT-involved work and regulatory change projects
• Report project status; identify, manage, and escalate risks with recommended actions
• Supervise the project budget and settlements, including verifying costs and invoices

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading business projects (new products, sales processes, process improvements) involving business, IT, and external vendors
• At least 3 years of experience in the financial sector with knowledge of banking products and processes
• Practical knowledge of PRINCE2 and/or Agile
• Experience managing stakeholders and conducting alignment/agreement processes
• Independence, goal-oriented approach, and very good communication and analytical skills
• University degree (IT, management, economics, or related)
• Polish language proficiency at C1 level
