Description

Coordinate and manage the delivery of IT projects related to implementing new information technology solutions and developing existing IT systems. You will work with developers, technology teams, business units, and external IT service providers to define tasks, coordinate execution, track progress, and manage project risks. You will also maintain project documentation and handle project budget settlement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the project with client-side developers and subject-matter groups, and with external IT providers
• Identify and define tasks required to achieve project goals within the agreed scope, schedule, and budget
• Participate in coordination meetings with project stakeholders on the client side, including business and IT units
• Coordinate the delivery of tasks by developers and subject-matter groups for ongoing project needs
• Report project status and proactively identify and escalate project risks
• Maintain project documentation, including project budget settlement

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing delivery of IT projects involving building and modifying IT solutions with internal and external providers
• Documented experience in independently leading IT projects with technology and business teams on the client side
• Practical knowledge of at least one leading project management methodology, especially PRINCE2 or Agile
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels
• Fluent Polish language proficiency
