Description

You will take direct responsibility for strategic initiatives in risk, compliance, and regulations. Manage end-to-end technology and business projects so they are delivered according to strict internal and external requirements, while coordinating multiple stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of risk and compliance projects

• Coordinate activities across Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams

• Track regulatory changes and assess their impact on solutions and processes

• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and proactively mitigate project risks

• Ensure audit readiness by maintaining complete and accurate compliance documentation

• Support corporate governance activities and regulatory reporting

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in IT/business project management, especially regulatory initiatives (Risk, Compliance, AML, KYC, GDPR)

• Strong project management skills

• Knowledge of the regulatory environment in financial services

• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and stakeholder relationship building

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
