Description

Lead IT initiatives as part of large-scale transformation programs, supporting the creation of new digital B2B services. You will manage project delivery across the full lifecycle, ensure execution follows the agreed plan, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. You’ll also collaborate with IT architects on technology decisions and contribute to improving project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Run IT projects from conception through implementation to stabilization and handover to maintenance
• Contribute to transformation programs and help build new business services for B2B clients
• Manage project schedule, budget, risks, and changes
• Prepare and continuously update project documentation (plans, reports, status materials, action plans)
• Coordinate the work of project team members (developers, analysts, testers) and external vendors, and support their delivery
• Ensure work proceeds according to assumptions and the agreed timeline
• Work with architects to select IT solutions and develop/advance project management methodologies
• Maintain effective, transparent communication with project stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Practical experience implementing e-Commerce solutions in large organizations
• Solid understanding of the SDLC software development process
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong analytical skills
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independence in decision-making and ability to work under time pressure
• English at least B2 (speaking and writing)
• Polish at least C1
