Description

Manage IT projects end-to-end—from planning through implementation—ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. You will lead the project team, act as the main point of contact for internal clients and vendors, and run the project according to the group’s standards. Responsibilities include reporting, budget/time tracking, and maintaining complete documentation for risks, issues, changes, and meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects (7+ years is a strong advantage)

• Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation or similar)

• Clear communication skills and analytical mindset

• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve project problems

• Ability to delegate tasks and consistently verify execution

• Relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to stay composed when plans change and the pace increases

• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and SharePoint

• Technical or business higher education, plus postgraduate studies or courses in project management or IT

• Knowledge of the energy sector
