Description

You will manage complex IT projects end-to-end, including implementing industry solutions and integrating them with the surrounding IT environment. The role focuses on coordination, delivery oversight, and maintaining complete project documentation and reporting. You’ll work with internal stakeholders from the energy sector and track progress against schedule, budget, scope, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects, including industry solutions and their integration with other systems

• Lead the project team; delegate and track task execution

• Collaborate with internal clients from the energy sector

• Ensure delivery according to schedule, budget, scope, and quality requirements

• Maintain project documentation, document repositories, and registers for risks, issues, changes, and meetings

• Prepare recurring reports, summaries, and status presentations

• Monitor and reconcile project budget and team time usage

• Ensure correct document flow according to the communication plan and internal regulations

Requirements

• Higher education (technical or business) or education supplemented with studies/training/courses in project management, IT, or economics

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects

• At least one project management methodology certificate (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent)

• Very good proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and MS SharePoint

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and standards

• Very good communication and analytical skills

• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders

• Independent ability to diagnose and resolve project problems

• Ability to delegate tasks and monitor their delivery
