Description

You will manage IT projects related to industry solutions and their integration with the organization’s IT environment. You will lead the project team, coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors, and ensure delivery according to schedule, budget, scope, and quality. You will also maintain project documentation and produce regular status reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects for industry solutions and integration with the organization’s IT landscape
• Lead the project team, delegate tasks, and account for deliverables
• Collaborate with internal customers (companies within the capital group) and with vendors
• Deliver projects according to schedule, budget, scope, and expected quality
• Run projects according to organizational standards
• Maintain and update project documentation (issue, risk, change, and meeting registers)
• Prepare recurring reports, summaries, and status presentations
• Manage project budgets and track team time utilization
• Ensure document flow in line with the Communication Plan and internal regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing IT projects
• Technical or business/economics degree (or other degree plus postgraduate studies/courses in project management/IT management/economics)
• Certification in a project management methodology (minimum PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent)
• Very good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to independently diagnose and solve project problems
• Comfort working with MS Office, MS Project, and MS SharePoint
• Resilience to stress and ability to work in a changing environment
