Description

Manage IT projects from planning through delivery, including risk and change management, budget control, schedule monitoring, and regular status reporting. Ensure effective communication within the project team, moderate project meetings, maintain project documentation, and oversee quality management. Analyze and report implementation and maintenance costs while supporting long-term customer relationship building.

Requirements

• Higher education
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects (including software development) in large organizations
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, Agile)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, PPM)
• Mandatory: Prince2 certification at least at the Foundation level
• Experience with data processing (data warehouses, BI systems)
• Experience in building and integrating IT software
• Experience leading projects in large organizations or public administration
• Ability to define and assign tasks and hold team members accountable
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
• Practical experience managing change and projects with high scope uncertainty and variability
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under time pressure and manage time effectively
