Description

Lead and coordinate IT projects end-to-end, working closely with developers and subject-matter teams. Manage project tasks, documentation, status reporting, and budget/document reconciliation while proactively identifying and escalating risks. Collaborate with internal and external IT vendors and apply a recognized project management methodology such as PRINCE2 or Agile.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive leading and coordination of IT projects
• Collaborate with developers and subject-matter teams
• Manage delivery of project tasks
• Identify and define activities needed to achieve project goals
• Report project status
• Proactively identify and escalate risks
• Maintain project documentation
• Close out the project, including documentation and budget accounting
• Handle other project-management related tasks

Requirements

• Experience managing an IT team
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing IT projects involving building and modifying existing solutions
• Experience working with both internal and external IT providers/vendors
• Practical knowledge of a leading project management methodology (PRINCE2 or Agile preferred)
• Very good communication skills with teams and stakeholders
• Ability to independently lead IT projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management, Economics, or a related field
