Description

You will manage an ICT project covering infrastructure, environments, security, performance, testing, and production deployments. You will lead a cross-functional team including test managers, release managers, DevOps, and infrastructure/security architects, and coordinate environment setup across developer, integration, testing, and production. You will also coordinate acceptance, performance, and security testing and ensure production deployments and handover to operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ICT project scope: infrastructure, environments, security, performance, testing, and deployments

• Coordinate work of cross-functional teams (test, release, DevOps, infrastructure and security)

• Plan and coordinate setup/development of developer, integration, test, and production environments

• Coordinate acceptance testing, performance testing, and security testing

• Prepare and conduct production releases

• Prepare and hand over new systems to maintenance/operations

• Plan work, monitor progress, and manage risk, budget, and schedule

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing complex long-term IT projects as a Project Manager

• Experience delivering IT projects end-to-end across the product lifecycle (discovery through maintenance)

• Practical experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall

• Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

• Ability to manage risk, dependencies, and budget

• Accountability and consistency in delivering goals

• Business English proficiency

• Valid project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Agile)

• Preferred: insurance industry experience

• Preferred: experience leading transformation projects
