Description

Lead and oversee the delivery of IT initiatives in the organization. Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, data analysts, architects) and business stakeholders, ensuring legal and ethical compliance while maintaining project management documentation. Provide organizational and expert support for identifying and implementing AI solutions, including defining needs and assessing business justification.

Responsibilities

• Run and supervise IT projects end to end

• Collaborate with developers, data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders

• Ensure projects meet legal requirements and ethical standards

• Prepare and validate management documentation (budgets, schedules, project registers)

• Support the acquisition and implementation of AI solutions (define needs, assess business rationale)

• Monitor progress, quality, and delivery timelines; manage risks, budget, and schedule; report status to leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience; 3–4 years in IT project management or coordinating IT project work (including PMO)

• Practical experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall

• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Knowledge of MS Project or similar scheduling tools

• MS Excel intermediate proficiency

• Experience producing project documentation: backlogs, schedules, risk and dependency registers, and status reports

• Strong communication skills (lead status meetings; explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders)

• Experience managing risk and budget in technology projects

• Experience managing projects with both external and internal clients

• Technical higher education (IT, Automation, Mathematics, Econometrics or related)
