Description

Lead and manage large end-to-end IT projects for public sector clients, from planning through delivery and deployment. Manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating the project team, stakeholders, and external vendors. Ensure quality through analytical/project documentation, status reporting, risk and change management, and participation in acceptance of delivered products.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct delivery of large IT projects

• Manage the project according to scope, schedule, and budget

• Coordinate activities and manage the project team

• Monitor and control project work

• Manage project risks

• Manage changes to the project baseline

• Collaborate with end users, internal specialists, and external suppliers

• Supervise a small project team and indirectly coordinate a larger delivery team

• Create analytical and project documentation and ensure its quality and flow

• Provide regular project status reporting

• Participate in acceptance of products from contractors

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading end-to-end IT projects (analysis, implementation, and deployment)

• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies confirmed by certification (PRINCE2/PMP/Agile)

• Practical knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis

• Knowledge of building and designing IT systems

• Excellent planning and organization skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Leadership skills and experience managing a project team

• Independence and responsibility for project delivery

• Communication skills and willingness to speak publicly
