Role Description

Lead comprehensive delivery of large IT projects. Coordinate project teams and collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct large IT projects

• Manage projects according to scope, schedule, and budget

• Coordinate activities and manage the project team’s work

• Monitor and control project execution

• Manage project risks

• Manage changes to the project baseline

• Collaborate with end users, internal specialists, and external suppliers

• Oversee work of a small project team and, indirectly, a larger supplier team

• Create analytical and project documentation and ensure proper flow and quality

• Provide regular status reporting

• Participate in acceptance of deliverables from contractors under contracts

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects end-to-end (analysis, implementation, deployment), with public sector experience preferred

• Reference-confirmed experience managing at least 2 projects with budgets above PLN 1 million each

• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies confirmed by certificate (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)

• Practical knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis

• Knowledge of building and designing information systems

• Strong planning and organization skills

• Advanced communication and collaboration skills

• Leadership skills and experience building an effective team

• Experience managing a project team

• Independence and accountability for delivered projects

• Communication skills and willingness to present publicly
