Description

You will coordinate IT projects and initiatives in a financial-domain environment, acting as the key link between business and IT teams. In addition to planning and monitoring delivery, you will actively participate in testing, deployments, post-go-live activities, and user collaboration. The role supports the rollout and continuous improvement of Salesforce and related finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of IT projects and initiatives

• Plan tasks and actions, create and monitor schedules

• Coordinate collaboration between IT teams, business, and other stakeholders

• Monitor progress across departments and vendors; respond to delays and issues

• Identify functional and technical problems and coordinate their resolution

• Participate in solution testing (user acceptance and regression)

• Support deployment and post-deployment processes, including go-live activities

• Work with business users to verify system behavior and new functionality

• Organize and run user trainings

• Monitor production performance after go-live and support issue resolution

• Prepare project progress and initiative status updates

• Support system development and improvements in the financial area

Requirements

• Experience coordinating IT projects, including Salesforce-related work

• Practical knowledge of project planning/organization/monitoring methods and tools

• Experience working with both IT teams and business users

• Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple people/teams and manage delays

• Experience testing and/or implementing IT solutions

• Ability to analyze problems and coordinate their resolution

• Very good organizational and communication skills

• Analytical problem-solving and prioritization

• Ability to work in an environment with multiple parallel initiatives

• Experience running trainings or supporting users after go-live

• Experience working with IT vendors or subcontractors

• Communicative English

• Availability for hybrid work in Warsaw
