Description

Build and evolve modern solutions using microservices and event-driven architecture with REST-based communication. Participate in CI/CD process development, design distributed systems, ensure code quality through standards and reviews, and perform software testing. Provide technical problem solving and mentor other team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of backend developer experience, including experience as a Technical Leader

• Very good knowledge of Java

• Experience with event-driven architecture, microservices, and REST communication

• Ability to use Git, Maven, Jenkins, and OpenShift

• Experience with queue systems: RabbitMQ and/or Kafka

• Practical distributed systems design experience

• Practical experience in building and developing CI/CD processes

• Knowledge of Oracle and MongoDB databases

• Ability to use AI tools in day-to-day tasks

• Knowledge of DDD

• Experience defining and enforcing code quality standards, testing, and code review

• Experience mentoring other developers

• Basic understanding of leadership topics

• STEM education

• English at B2 level
