Description

You will work on a banking project developing modern solutions based on microservices architecture with an event-driven approach and REST communication.

The role includes building and improving CI/CD processes, designing distributed systems, ensuring code quality through testing and code reviews, and addressing complex technical issues. You will also support the team through mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop microservices solutions using event-driven and REST-based communication
• Design and implement distributed systems
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Perform code reviews and enforce code quality standards
• Execute and maintain software tests
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems
• Mentor other engineers and provide technical guidance

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years as a Backend Developer, including Technical Lead experience
• Very strong Java knowledge
• Experience with event-driven, microservices architecture, and REST communication
• Ability to use Git, Maven, Jenkins, and OpenShift
• Experience with messaging/queue systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Practical experience designing distributed systems
• Practical experience building and evolving CI/CD processes
• Knowledge of Oracle and MongoDB databases
• Practical ability to use AI tools in daily tasks
• Knowledge of DDD
• Experience defining and enforcing code quality standards, tests, and code review
• Experience mentoring other developers
• Basic knowledge of leadership topics
• STEM education
• English language skills at B2 level
