Description

You will join a team building modern, high-availability and high-performance backend systems for critical banking processes. The work is performed in a microservices-based environment using cloud technologies and software engineering best practices. This role is ideal for engineers who want to develop advanced backend solutions at scale with strict reliability and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java backend applications

• Create and evolve microservices architecture

• Implement and integrate REST and SOAP APIs

• Work with PostgreSQL and Oracle databases

• Build efficient, scalable business solutions

• Collaborate with development teams, architects, and DevOps

• Participate in CI/CD processes and production deployments

• Develop systems used in the financial and banking sector

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a Java Developer

• Very good knowledge of Java 11+

• Experience with Spring Boot 3.5+ and Spring Framework

• Practical knowledge of Hibernate and JPA

• Experience with Kafka

• Knowledge of Hazelcast and Redis

• Experience creating and developing microservices

• Good knowledge of REST and SOAP

• Very good knowledge of SQL

• Experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with Jenkins, Maven, and CI/CD processes

• Ability to work in Agile methodologies
