Description

Join a hands-on Tech Lead role focused on building and improving enterprise, business-critical systems. You’ll lead technical development, contribute to architectural decisions, and deliver with Java and Spring while collaborating with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders. The role emphasizes working comfortably with existing complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development within a software engineering team

• Design and review application architecture and technical solutions

• Hands-on development in Java and Spring

• Work with enterprise systems, databases, and integrations

• Support developers with technical decisions and troubleshooting

• Cooperate with analysts, business stakeholders, and other technical teams

• Identify technical risks and help resolve escalations

• Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards

Requirements

• Several years of commercial experience with Java and Spring

• Experience designing software architecture and enterprise applications

• Strong understanding of software development best practices

• Experience with SQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle

• Knowledge of Angular or similar frontend technologies

• Ability to quickly understand complex existing systems

• Experience in a technical leadership role or as a senior technical specialist

• Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders
