Description

The IT Project Manager plans, mobilizes, and directs IT projects from definition to closure. You will deliver end-to-end planning and execution while proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes, and benefits. You will collaborate with delivery managers and product owners to ensure alignment with the broader change portfolio in Standards and Controls.

Responsibilities

• Plan, mobilize, and direct projects from definition to closure

• Perform end-to-end project planning and delivery across scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes, and benefits

• Work closely with delivery managers and product owners to align projects with the change portfolio

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (especially Scrum)

• Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle

• Ability to drive benefits for customers and stakeholders through change

• Proven ability to work across regions while maintaining a global perspective

Optional / Nice to Have

• Experience in software inventory

• Experience in software agent rollout and adoption

• Knowledge of software delivery and development lifecycle

• Familiarity with technology controls
