Description

Lead IT projects for clients worldwide, managing software engineering teams and overseeing delivery for mobile and web applications. You will create specifications and valuations, negotiate with clients and developers, control budgets and deadlines, and ensure quality of what ships. The role uses AI daily to speed up work (e.g., specifications, research, reporting) with critical verification before client release.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for clients (from-scratch builds and growth of existing products)

• Supervise development work on mobile and web applications

• Manage ongoing communication and relationships with clients and developers

• Create project specifications and project valuations

• Negotiate with clients and developers

• Produce reports, settlements, and maintain project documentation

• Control budgets, deadlines, and delivery timelines; estimate delivery time

• Plan and manage team work and support developers in the project

• Advise clients with business solutions and appropriate approaches

• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to speed delivery

• Continuously improve project delivery process by testing new tools and workflows

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT Project Manager experience

• Product-focused mindset

• Fluent English (C1) and fluent Polish (C1)

• Strong responsibility and independence

• Jira experience

• Web and mobile application management experience

• Organization and prioritization skills

• Team management experience (up to 6–8 members)

• Ability to negotiate with clients and developers

• Creative problem solving

• Ability to gather customer feedback and communicate it to developers

• Budget management experience

• Ability to make decisions and work under time pressure

• Use AI tools daily and critically verify outputs

• Interest in HealthTech and readiness to prioritize quality, compliance, and patient impact
