Description

Lead IT development projects across all phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and reporting, stakeholder presentations, evaluation, and closure.

Facilitate agile ceremonies at the team level, manage schedules and task dependencies, oversee project documentation, and handle risk/opportunity and change management. Provide project status reporting both internally to the team and externally to the contracting authority.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage project timelines and deliverables
• Organize and lead regular meetings and agile ceremonies
• Coordinate workflows, task sequencing, and dependencies
• Manage project communication and motivate team members
• Oversee and control complete project documentation
• Analyze and manage risks and opportunities
• Manage all available project resources
• Support input analysis for the project subject and goals
• Coordinate support for procurement and contract safeguarding
• Manage changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure schedule compliance and oversee deliverable acceptance
• Provide status reporting inside the project team and to the project customer

Requirements

• Proven experience leading IT development projects
• Knowledge of agile methods; ability to deliver projects using waterfall
• Practical use of Jira (advanced configuration/administration is a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Logical thinking, proactivity, and independent problem-solving
• Flexibility, courteous and communicative behavior
• Independence and responsibility; teamwork skills; willingness to learn
• Experience implementing systems in public administration is an advantage
• PM certification per IPMA or PRINCE2, or ITIL is an advantage
• Knowledge of transport-related laws is an advantage
• Criminal record clearance
