• Role: Senior IT Project Manager

Description

You will coordinate teams and specialists responsible for delivering and configuring IT environments, planning and running acceptance, performance, and security tests, and handing new systems over to operations. The role covers ensuring the availability of required tools (hardware and licenses) and supporting the delivery of strategic ICT initiatives in the IT domain. You will plan work, monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate collaboration between technical and business teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex, long-term IT projects as an IT Project Manager
• Experience across the full IT product lifecycle: discovery, estimation and planning, implementation and deployment, development and maintenance
• Hands-on experience managing projects involving infrastructure, IT environments, security, testing, and deployments
• Experience leading interdisciplinary technical teams
• Very good knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall
• Practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and MS Project
• Ability to manage risk, dependencies, budget, and schedule in complex technology projects
• Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and consistency in achieving goals
• Very good organizational and communication skills
• English proficiency for business communication (required)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile)
