Description

Lead IT projects in the insurance sector, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and project goals. Coordinate the project team and work with vendors and stakeholders while tracking progress and managing risks and change. Prepare status reports and presentations and ensure compliance with the organization’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects according to scope, timeline, budget, and objectives

• Coordinate the project team and collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders

• Monitor progress, identify and resolve project risks

• Manage change, issues, and project documentation

• Prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholders

• Oversee project budget and settlement of team work

• Ensure project delivery complies with organizational standards

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management as a Project Manager

• Experience in insurance-industry projects (preferred: life insurance)

• Ability to plan scope, budget, and schedule comprehensively; knowledge of project documentation practices

• Ability to identify risk areas, define risk management methods, report, and resolve problems

• Knowledge of IT project management, including Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, and software development lifecycle/process

• Independence, openness to new challenges, and initiative

• Ability to manage a project team, organize communication, and lead collaboration

• Ability to work in a multi-project environment with many participants and business units

• Preferred: higher education (technical preferred)

• Communicative English
