Description

Lead complex initiatives of varying complexity, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities. You will design execution setups, run change management (including risk management and escalations), coordinate multiple interconnected areas (including outsourcing and regulatory constraints), and coach teams. You will also drive implementation of changes across business areas and legal entities and facilitate group-wide information sharing and data sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives aligned with business strategy and priorities

• Design and organize effective execution setups

• Conduct change management including risk management and escalations

• Coach individuals and teams to enhance team performance

• Coordinate multiple interconnected areas, managing outsourcing and regulatory challenges

• Drive implementation of changes across business areas and legal entities

• Facilitate group-wide information sharing and data sourcing initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex projects or programs

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with governance, reporting, risk management, and change management

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and complex environment

• Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and business functions

• Experience in one or more of: AML/Financial Crime Prevention; KYC & Transaction Monitoring; Regulatory & Compliance Change; Data Management & Data Sourcing; Information Sharing; Outsourcing & Third-Party Management; Identity Governance & Administration (IGA); Banking/Financial Services
