Description

Lead IT implementation or advisory projects for insurance, managing delivery end-to-end from kickoff to formal closure. Oversee timelines, scope, budget, risks, and dependencies, while supervising agile cross-functional teams and supporting business analysis and solution design. Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and support proposals and B2B business development.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in IT projects for Insurance, preferably P&C lines

• Deep understanding of how insurance carriers operate and core business processes

• Experience in functional design and IT solution implementation as PM, Team Lead and/or Lead BA

• Excellent communication skills for client engagement, negotiation, and defending company interests

• Ability to explain and apply a delivery methodology for planning, control, and risk management

• Ability to build and lead a high-performing team and resolve issues with limited support

• Strong analytical thinking and synthesis to ensure deliverable quality

• Creativity and proactivity to solve complex problems and ensure successful delivery

• Ability to work in Poland and the European Union full-time

• English proficiency at least C1
