Description

Lead end-to-end IT Service Management (ITSM) technology transformation initiatives, from initiation through successful implementation. Drive delivery across cross-functional stakeholders, establish governance, and manage scope, milestones, risks, and resources with regular reporting to senior management. Coordinate remediation and operational improvement efforts to support regulatory compliance and operational resilience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technology transformation initiatives from initiation to implementation

• Drive project delivery across stakeholder groups including application owners and operational teams

• Establish and maintain governance aligned with organizational standards

• Manage project scope, milestones, risks, and resource plans

• Coordinate technical remediation and operational improvement initiatives

• Facilitate decision-making in a complex matrix organization

• Provide high-quality reporting to senior management and governance forums

• Support solutions that enhance operational resilience and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale IT or technology transformation projects

• Proven success delivering complex initiatives across multiple technologies and stakeholders

• Strong background in project governance, risk management, and financial control

• Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments and service management

• Experience in regulated environments, preferably financial services

• Excellent stakeholder management, including ability to engage senior leaders

• Strong facilitation and communication skills
