Description

You will support an AI/ML team in delivering initiatives efficiently by facilitating Scrum events, removing obstacles, and ensuring clear, transparent working practices. The role combines coordination and collaboration across business, technology, and control functions, while helping the team continuously improve Agile ways of working. You will also monitor risks, decisions, and actions related to AI initiatives to help the team meet commitments on time.

Responsibilities

• Run Scrum events and facilitate planning and review meetings for the AI/ML team
• Remove obstacles, monitor dependencies, and support timely delivery of commitments
• Manage the backlog, priorities, readiness criteria, and transparency of work progress
• Coordinate collaboration between the AI team, business, IT, security, and compliance
• Support the team in improving their working methods and applying Agile practices
• Monitor risks, decisions, and actions arising from AI initiative implementation

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in technology teams
• Practical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
• Hands-on experience with backlog management tools
• Ability to facilitate meetings and resolve conflicts
• Ability to work with stakeholders
• Understanding of the IT solution development cycle and the specific nature of AI/ML projects
• Very good organizational and communication skills
