Description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum or Kanban), coach teams and stakeholders, and drive adoption of Agile principles to increase delivery maturity. Identify improvement areas, enable planned change, and support evolutionary product thinking with business stakeholders. Use Agile tooling and delivery metrics to improve progress and propose changes to the way of working.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for Scrum or Kanban while ensuring best practices are followed to maximize delivery

• Coach, mentor, and educate stakeholders and the team to increase Agile knowledge

• Ensure adoption of Agile principles and practices to lead to maturity

• Identify improvement areas for the Delivery Team and enable planned change

• Create an environment of change for the team

• Challenge business stakeholders to consider products/deliverables in an evolutionary manner

• Produce relevant metrics to measure progress and propose changes to the way of working when required

• Initiate, plan, and deliver projects

• Manage end-to-end projects with the business

• Manage project budgets

• Work with stakeholders at all organizational levels and collaborate with customer and co-sourced teams

• Support delivery across a wide range of software products and services

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills to understand team issues and help find solutions

• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team toward success

• Ability to work as part of the team and prioritize team needs

• Passion for and knowledge of Agile values, principles, and practices with experience delivering within an Agile team

• Solution-focused, proactive problem-solving with experience removing blockers and handling conflicting stakeholder demands

• Competence with Agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence

• Strong relationship-building and trust-building skills

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification (PSM/CSM or equivalent)

• Background in Digital Marketing

• Project Management experience
