Description

You will support Agile teams working in accordance with Scrum by facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and ensuring the process is transparent and continuously improved. The role includes monitoring goal progress, supporting planning, and helping teams and stakeholders build Agile maturity, including collaboration across scaled Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in working according to Scrum

• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure they are effective

• Remove impediments blocking team work

• Support teams and stakeholders in building Agile maturity

• Monitor goal execution and support work planning

• Ensure transparency, communication, and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with multiple teams in a scaled Scrum environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment

• Current Scrum Master certification

• Current project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Agile Foundation)

• Practical knowledge of MS Office (including MS Project)

• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Ability to plan, define, execute, monitor, and account for goals

• Good organization of own and team work

• Communication skills, creativity, independence, high personal culture, stress resilience

• Technical university degree
