• Start: Immediately

• Employment: Part-time, 50% (~20 hours/week)

• Location: Remote and Karlsruhe; onsite 1x/month and during PI plannings every 13 weeks

• Contract: Until 31.12.2026 with option to extend through 2027

Description

Support an agile reorganization by coaching cross-functional teams and helping implement scalable agile ways of working. You will moderate Scrum events, support scaling practices (e.g., SAFe), and help establish agile processes and tooling. Work closely with Product Owners, developers, leads, and stakeholders to drive the agile mindset and team development.

Responsibilities

• Coach and enable cross-functional teams (e.g., DevOps, governance)

• Promote the agile mindset and support team/area enablement

• Moderate Scrum events and assist in scaling agile methods (e.g., SAFe)

• Help implement agile processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, leads, and stakeholders

• Optional involvement in specific projects (e.g., APEs); primarily a line/continuous function

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex, cross-functional environments

• Solid knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe—SAFe is an advantage)

• Experience working with DevOps teams and governance structures

• Confident use of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

• Strong communication and coaching skills, with high personal responsibility

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., banking, insurance)
