Description

Support sprint delivery and Agile execution for a portal that enables policy management, claims submission and tracking, additional purchases, and assistance services. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage blockers/risks/dependencies, communicate delivery progress, and help the team continuously improve while tracking delivery metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support sprint planning, track progress, and help teams achieve sprint goals and commitments

• Identify and manage dependencies, blockers, and risks to protect delivery timelines

• Facilitate priority and capacity management with Product Owners and development teams

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices

• Maintain transparent stakeholder communication on progress, risks, dependencies, and delays

• Foster team collaboration, motivation, trust, accountability, and self-organization

• Drive continuous improvement via retrospectives and root-cause analysis

• Coordinate technical debt management and reusability initiatives

• Track delivery metrics such as velocity, sprint predictability, cycle time, and team performance

• Take ownership of impediment resolution, escalations, and follow-up actions

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Good knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Agile best practices

• Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)

• Basic understanding of cross-functional collaboration in Agile environments

• General knowledge of SDLC and software development processes

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools

• Ability to identify and communicate blockers, dependencies, and risks

• Understanding of Agile metrics including velocity, burndown charts, and sprint predictability

• Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills

• English level from Upper-Intermediate+
