Description

An experienced Scrum Master is needed for an international team building scalable, dynamic, reliable solutions that help users deliver tailored customer services efficiently. You will lead squad operations by removing impediments, coaching Agile ways of working, and translating team needs into actionable steps. You will keep communication transparent, align with stakeholders, and report progress to the Chapter Lead.

Responsibilities

• Identify, address, and remove impediments to ensure smooth team operations

• Create an environment where squads can thrive and deliver high-quality results

• Apply Agile principles with pragmatic support to team members

• Establish and maintain squad structure, including processes, workflows, and team rituals

• Understand team needs and convert them into actionable steps

• Implement agreed actions while continuously aligning with stakeholders

• Maintain transparent and effective communication with fellow Scrum Masters

• Report team progress, achievements, and challenges to the Chapter Lead

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies

• Proven ability to identify and effectively remove impediments

• Experience facilitating team dynamics and improving collaboration

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Advanced proficiency in Polish and English

• Currently residing in Poland

• Willingness to work from the Warsaw office 3 days per week
