Description

You will support a software development team in delivering project goals within a public-sector initiative focused on building and deploying innovative solutions. The role involves developing and enhancing software, programming new features, and supporting testing activities. You will coach agile practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and help improve delivery efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Scrum roles and processes are followed by the Development Team and Product Owner

• Support and explore new ways of working with the backlog and product goals

• Coach the team on agile practices and support team self-organization

• Implement methods and solutions to increase team efficiency and product quality

• Moderate Scrum meetings

• Escalate issues and proactively remove impediments blocking team progress

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of full-time experience as a Scrum Master in an IT software project

• Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies

• Ability to motivate the team

• Practical knowledge of agile delivery tools (e.g., burndown charts, retrospective techniques)

• Ability to lead trainings and workshops on Scrum and agile software development

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and MS Project

• Professional Scrum Master II certification

• Preferred: Prince2 Foundation or Prince2 Agile Foundation, SPC, SAFe certifications

• Preferred: technical higher education
