Description

You will be a central leadership figure in an agile organization, connecting squad-level delivery with leadership alignment up to board level—even in complex and unclear situations. As part of the Tribe Leadership Team, you will lead Agile Masters, orchestrate tribe-wide processes, and ensure alignment across squads and stakeholders using measurable metrics and derived actions.

Responsibilities

• Own overall tribe delivery capability, goal achievement, and performance

• Lead Agile Masters in your tribe as a sparring partner and coach; set goals, demand results, and remove obstacles

• Orchestrate central tribe-level formats and processes; ensure alignment across squads and stakeholders

• Collect relevant key figures, make them visible, and derive measures to drive a data-driven way of working

• Analyze organizational structures and delivery problems independently and define suitable actions without relying on fixed frameworks

• Communicate confidently across all corporate levels with AMs, Chapter Leads, Product Owners, IT Area Leads, the Tribe Lead, and the Board

Requirements

• Experience as Release Train Engineer, Tribe Agile Master, or similar with delivery responsibility across multiple teams

• Very strong knowledge of agile methods and scaling frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Flight Levels) with pragmatic, context-based application

• Experience leading and coaching Agile Masters or other agile roles

• Strong communication, conflict management, and assertiveness, including at management and board level

• Analytical and systems thinking; ability to work with data, visualization, and action derivation

• High learning readiness, resilience, and openness to innovation, especially Agile and AI
