Description

You will support engineering/IT teams in becoming more effective, collaborative, and self-organising while contributing to a business-critical project. The role focuses on facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, managing dependencies, and driving practical process improvements. You will also identify and manage delivery risks and partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)

• Monitor sprint progress and support teams in achieving delivery goals

• Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and support continuous improvement

• Help teams solve day-to-day challenges and improve their ways of working

• Support the implementation of process and organisational changes

• Identify, assess, and manage delivery risks together with development teams

• Foster collaboration and help teams become more self-organising

• Cooperate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting IT or engineering teams

• Practical knowledge of SAFe

• Servant-leadership mindset and confidence guiding teams through change

• Experience building and supporting self-organising teams

• Understanding of software development processes and delivery practices

• Previous technical experience or close cooperation with technical teams

• Proven experience implementing organisational or process improvements

• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
