Description

We are looking for a Project Lead / Scrum Master to support the development of a global digital platform by facilitating collaboration, coordinating delivery, and helping a cross-functional team achieve its business objectives. You will work closely with international stakeholders and specialists across technology, product, design, marketing, and content, establishing effective ways of working and managing priorities, dependencies, timelines, and risks. Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate delivery, priorities, dependencies, timelines, and risks.
• Help the team remove blockers and continuously improve processes and collaboration.
• Translate business objectives into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Promote ownership, accountability, and a focus on business value.
• Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support development of team processes and encourage effective use of modern tools, including AI-powered solutions.
• Explore and apply AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support delivery.

Requirements

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices; practical experience is an advantage.
• Experience or potential in project coordination, team facilitation, or digital delivery.
• Good English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to understand broader business objectives and connect them with day-to-day activities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach and willingness to take ownership.
• Practical experience using AI tools in professional work; openness to exploring new AI technologies and applications.
