Description

You will own the vision, strategy, and product development plan for a digital product—deciding what to build, in what order, and why it makes sense. The role is end-to-end: from understanding customer problems and translating field insights into actionable requirements, to launch and measuring whether the delivered solution created real user value. Decisions are backed by product usage data, customer feedback, and business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and development roadmap
• Make data-informed prioritization decisions
• Gather insights from customers and translate them into team assignments
• Drive product proposals with Head of Product and design, collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing
• Stay accountable through market launch and post-launch impact evaluation

Requirements

• Experience covering the complete product lifecycle for a digital product: discovery, problem/goal definition, prioritization, collaboration with engineering, launch, and evaluation
• B2B software experience is a strong advantage
• Analytical approach to decisions using data, with confidence to decide even with incomplete information
• Strong communication skills across customer, engineering, and sales stakeholders
• Product thinking and interest in building direction and standards from scratch
