Description

Take end-to-end responsibility for the direction and development of an assigned digital banking product area. Define priorities, maintain and continuously update the product roadmap and backlog, and translate business requirements into clear specifications for analytics and development teams. Balance business needs and client value with delivery capacity, and evaluate how initiatives improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and direction of the assigned product
• Create and continuously update the product roadmap
• Define priorities with business stakeholders and management
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Convert business requirements into clear inputs for analysts and development teams
• Balance business priorities, client needs, and delivery team capacity
• Collaborate with analysts, UX specialists, developers, and other teams across the bank
• Evaluate the benefits of initiatives and their impact on customer experience
• Contribute to the design and delivery of new digital features and services

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role focused on digital product development
• Experience creating and managing a product roadmap
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, business stakeholders, and technology teams
• Ability to set and defend priorities considering business impact and team capacity
• Orientation in agile environments and product team ways of working
• Ownership mindset to drive long-term product development
• Analytical thinking and ability to find effective solutions
• Basic understanding of the technological environment and modern development capabilities
