Description

You will lead the development of a key digital product for business customers, aligning client needs, business goals, and technology capabilities to build modern digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for the assigned product and achieve its business targets

• Define, analyze, and refine business requirements and acceptance criteria with analysts and stakeholders

• Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks according to business needs

• Create and maintain the product roadmap

• Convert customer needs, business analysis results, and market observations into epics, functionalities, and user stories

• Design and improve the Customer Journey

• Validate needs and proposed solutions with users, business experts, and stakeholders

• Collaborate with development teams, UX/UI, and architects through all product development stages

• Participate in refinement, sprint planning, and functional acceptance

• Monitor product KPIs and recommend directions for further development

• Analyze the market, trends, and competitor activities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver the digital services area development strategy for business customers

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the banking sector

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst

• Experience in creating and evolving digital products

• Experience defining business requirements and working with technology teams

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product delivery practices

• Ability to manage the product backlog and prioritize requirements

• Experience running business workshops and presenting solution proposals

• Knowledge of banking processes and products, and understanding of how enterprises operate

• Ability to define Customer Journey, epics, functionalities, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence

• Understanding system integrations and data flows between systems

• Ability to effectively collaborate with architects and technology teams

• Optional: end-to-end independent product ownership

• Optional: experience building solutions for SME, MID, or Corporate clients

• Optional: experience in digital transformation projects

• Optional: English B2/C1
