• Role: Product Manager (multiple concurrent client projects)

Description

You’ll work with a product team on client software projects, helping partners build successful products through product discovery and product strategy. The work includes validating user value, analyzing product risks, organizing user research, and facilitating design sprints before development. You’ll also manage product backlogs, collaborate with a technical team, and make decisions based on data rather than opinions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product discovery activities to validate value for users

• Organize user research and run/user-test based validation

• Analyze product risks

• Facilitate design sprints

• Create and manage product backlogs and communicate priorities to engineering

• Work across multiple projects at different stages of the product lifecycle

Requirements

• Experience with digital product development

• Experience with user research and product validation (interviews or user testing)

• Experience creating and managing a backlog and communicating with technical teams

• Strong communication skills; ability to present and align stakeholders

• Data-driven decision-making

• Comfort switching between multiple concurrent projects

• Familiarity with product development/design methods (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)

• Fluent Czech/Slovak and English

• Positive relationship with daily use of AI in work
