Description

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a digital product across its full lifecycle—from understanding customer problems to launch and measuring impact. Make data-informed prioritization, collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing, and translate field insights into actionable requirements. You’ll build the product direction from the ground up with accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Product ownership: drive vision, strategy, and development plan.
  • Data-driven decision-making: use product usage data, customer feedback, and business metrics to defend priorities.
  • Customer and market understanding: work directly with customers, sales, and support; turn learnings into concrete team inputs.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: lead product initiatives with Head of Product and design; work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing.
  • End-to-end delivery: stay accountable through go-live and evaluate whether the delivered solution created the expected user and business value.

Requirements

  • Product mindset and ability to connect customer problems to business value.
  • Experience working across the entire product lifecycle for a digital product (from opportunity discovery and goal definition to prioritization, delivery with engineering, launch, and evaluation).
  • B2B software experience is a major advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and the confidence to decide even with incomplete information, with clear explanations.
  • Excellent communication skills to align customers, developers, and sales; ability to frame priorities as a shared plan.
  • Motivation to build product management foundations—defining direction and setting standards.

Benefits

  • Growth opportunities and room to realize your vision.
  • Transparent environment with open communication and an informal culture.
  • Convenient city-center offices and a friendly product team.
  • Flexible working hours and home office 1x per week.
  • Benefits package: extra week of vacation, sick days, birthday leave, meal allowance, contributions to life/pension insurance, UP eBenefits card, Multisport, and financial support for significant life events or work anniversaries.
  • Corporate foreign language training.
  • Regular company events (spring team building, Christmas party).
